Any weapon that does not have max stats needs to be merchanted. Any max damage purp or gold without a damage modifier is worth 1k-2k max.
Sell all blue items except for Fiery Dragon Sword. That's worth 1k. That's way too much stuff. Frankly I would merchant everything but A1, O2, C1, ST1, and all the swords. |

A1 merchant, salvage ST1, try to sell SW1, the 2 caster items he mentioned are onyl worth a few thousand gold.
